Payment is made through direct financing with UCI for ten years from the Date of Signing the sales agreement as follows:
First payment: Any amount available as a down payment or you many choose to pay no first payment at all. The benefit of a first payment is to reduce the following monthly payments.
Second payment: Interest-free monthly payments by post-dated bank cheques from a local bank starting from the Sate of Signing the agreement until the Date of Delivery of Masyoun Gardens (construction completion).
Remaining amount: After Date of Delivery, you have the option to either pay the full amount in cash or continue financing with UCI at an interest of 5% for a maximum period of 8 years. You can reside in the apartment immediately after construction is complete, however, UCI will only transfer title to you after the final payment is complete.

An apartment is reserved through signing a contract, submitting all your monthly posted cheques for all . Also you are required to sign a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) which will be attached with your passport or ID in order for us to complete the process of the transfer of ownership of the apartment in your name once you have completed your payments.
After your complete your reservation, the unit will be complete reserved for you and taken off the market. UCI will began construction work on August 1st 2016 and is expected to deliver your unit to you by September 15th 2018 as defined in contract after which you can live in the unit right away.
After the construction work is done (according to the specified period of time in the contract), parcelization procedures are complete, and after you have paid the total price of the apartment. It is expected that the title deed will be ready shortly after construction.

UCI requires a Land Purchase Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) to be provided by all its Customers. The LPOA includes a standard text in English and Arabic that allows an officially registered local attorney to represent UCI’s customers during the land ownership transfer process. This is a necessary and very important document that is required to facilitate the ownership transfer process to the name of the Customer without inconveniencing by have them be present at the Palestinian Lands Authority during transfer of the title deed.
