Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is proud to announce a new housing complex located in the highly demanded Masyoun district of Ramallah. Named the Masyoun Garden, the housing project is in line with UCI’s previous achievements that generate creative real estate solutions for prospective Palestinian homebuyers. Masyoun Gardens will offer stylish, modern, and affordable living options in the most desired neighborhood of the city.

Situated in the elevated and serene district of Masyoun, the project consists of four interconnected residential buildings, which in turn are comprised of 16 apartments. Each 3-bedroom apartment will be designed with multiple living spaces, and shall boast modern interior features that will foster a high-quality lifestyle and cater to every modern Palestinian family’s needs.

Khaled Al Sabawi, UCI’s CEO and Vice Chairman, issued a statement commending the recent development. “Through offering a range of prices and payment methods through direct financing up to seven years, Masyoun Gardens will allow Palestinians to own an apartment in the finest and most demanded neighborhood in the city, where all public services are accessible, for an affordable price with achievable monthly payments”, he said.

The development will offer a variety of apartment sizes, including 130m², 140m², and 155m² spaces. Each apartment will have three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a private en-suite, and a living room, two bathrooms, a balcony and a kitchen with an additional storage room, whilst the 155 m² includes an additional guest living room.

Alongside these options, Masyoun Garden will offer duplex apartments in the sizes of 301 m², 298 m², 274 m², 266 m², 251 m², and 240 m² which will be spread across two floors connected via a modern internal staircase. Every apartment will come with a private parking space located on the communal parking floor. Spread across nine floors, each building will possess additional shared services such as elevators and a public garden.

A short drive from numerous cafes, hotels and the Mahmoud Darwish Museum, the Masyoun Gardens project is nestled among many delights the thriving West Bank city has to offer. Being so close to numerous banks, governmental buildings, schools and Ramallah’s Governmental Hospital, means that any services or facilities that a family might require are extremely convenience to access.

The Masyoun Gardens is being delivered as part of UCI’s overarching goal of improving the infrastructure of the West Bank in order to promote sustainable economic and social development, alongside offering high-quality real estate options with affordable prices for all segments of the Palestinian society.
