UCI Launches Masyoun Gardens 2 Following Sell out Masyoun Gardens 1

May 17, 2018

Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is delighted to announce the launch of the Masyoun Gardens 2 project. After the success of Masyoun Gardens 1, which sold out quickly, UCI decided to develop a second real estate project in the high demand area of Al Masyoun.

Khaled Al Sabawi, CEO and Vice Chairman of UCI, said “The overwhelming demand we witnessed for our latest Masyoun Gardens 1 residential project reaffirms the success of our strategy to provide Palestinians with the right real-estate products at an affordable price. We thank our customers for choosing our value-driven real estate projects which we develop to meet customer demand. By listening to what our existing and potential customers want and focusing on product innovation we are able to present apartment units across a spectrum of prices based on design, amenities and, most importantly, location.”

Masyoun Gardens 2 is also located in Masyoun, one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Ramallah. The project is located above Masyoun Gardens 1, at a higher elevation, right behind the two Arcadia Residential complexes and opposite the Ein Minjd School and the Mahmoud Darwish Museum. There are also many restaurants, parks, major hotels, banks, corporations, government and non-governmental institutions as well as many other public services near the project’s location.

Masyoun Gardens 2 consists of three adjacent buildings each with 12 apartments with sizes ranging from 120m² to 160m². Each unit has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. All units are designed with modern and high quality interior finishes that meet the needs of a modern Palestinian family. Some of the more spacious apartments include other facilities such as a dining room and a guest room. In addition, each apartment has its own private parking spot and shared services like the public garden, underground water tanks, gas tanks for central heating, elevators and a one-year maintenance guarantee.

All ground apartments have a private and spacious garden area, in addition to two entrances, one private and one through the main building.

With the launch of the project, potential buyers now have the ability to reserve an apartment of their choice in Masyoun Gardens 2. Drilling works are planned to start in July 2018, and construction of the apartments will begin in 2019, ending in September 2020. Apartments can be purchased through direct financing with UCI, consisting of monthly payments covering a 10-year period. No sponsors or guarantors are needed for signing the sale agreement of the apartment. This offer - the first of its kind in Palestine - is a huge advantage, bringing home ownership within the reach of a wide range of buyers. Al Sabawi emphasized that their objective is to allow any Palestinian the ability to live in the great neighborhood of Masyoun in an affordable manner.

UCI is one of the leading construction and real-estate development companies in Palestine since 2005. UCI has completed several large housing and commercial projects, including the Etihad Villas, Arcadia Residential Complex, the UCI headquarters office in Masyoun, and the TABO Project.
