Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is delighted to announce the launch of the Masyoun Gardens 2 project. After the success of Masyoun Gardens 1, which sold out quickly, UCI decided to develop a second real estate project in the high demand area of Al Masyoun.

The project is located above Masyoun Gardens 1, at a higher elevation, right behind the two Arcadia Residential complexes and opposite the Ein Minjd School and the Mahmoud Darwish Museum. There are also many restaurants, parks, major hotels, banks, corporations, government and non-governmental institutions as well as many other public services near the project’s location.

Masyoun Gardens 2 consists of three adjacent buildings each with 12 apartments with sizes ranging from 120m² to 160m². Each unit has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, a living room and a balcony. Drilling works are planned to start in July 2018, and construction of the apartments will begin in 2019, ending in September 2020. Apartments can be purchased through direct financing with UCI, consisting of monthly payments covering a 10-year period. No sponsors or guarantors are needed for signing the sale agreement of the apartment. This offer - the first of its kind in Palestine - is a huge advantage, bringing home ownership within the reach of a wide range of buyers. Al Sabawi emphasized that their objective is to allow any Palestinian the ability to live in the great neighborhood of Masyoun in an affordable manner.
