Ramallah, Palestine - Nov 13 2016 - After just seven months of launching, Union Construction and Investment (UCI) is delighted to announce the sale of all residential units made available during the first phase of the Masyoun Gardens project, a residential complex with 64 units spanning a total built-up area of 3,000 square meters in Al Masyoun; one of the most desirable neighborhoods of Ramallah.

The Masyoun Gardens project includes four residential buildings in total, with each containing 16 modern apartments. These units are available in three separate size configurations: 130 m2, 140 m2 and 155 m2. Apartments measuring 155 m2 enjoy an additional guest room.

Al Sabawi is pleased to announce that all excavation work at the site of Masyoun Gardens has now been completed, and the physical foundations are now being laid.
